Privacy at Pliable Matter

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Pliable Matter LLC makes software. This page covers this website and our apps. Each product has its own page with the specifics of what it collects.

The basics

Some of our products use advertising services. When one does, its page says so and links to that service's privacy policy.
We collect what a product needs to work, and the product pages say what that is.
Our servers and hosting providers keep standard logs of requests, such as IP address and time, to run and secure our services. Product pages note anything beyond that.
We use outside services to run our products. Each product page names them and links to their privacy policies.
To see, correct, or delete what we have about you, email hello@pliablematter.com.
When this changes, we update the date at the top.

Contact form. If you use it, we get your name, email, and message. They're emailed to us through Amazon SES. We use them to reply to you, and keep them as long as we need to.
reCAPTCHA. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. Google may collect information about your device and browsing as part of that. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads. See Google Fonts privacy.
Hosting. The site runs on AWS. See the AWS Privacy Notice.
No analytics or ads. We don't run analytics, advertising, or tracking on this site.

October 11, 2026. First version. Includes privacy pages for eagersheet (console, apps, website and marketing sites), Boost for AppSheet (extension and website), CIVIC golf (app and website) and the NextStop app, a note that some products use advertising services, and a pointer to Dr. Lardon's policy for Golf Mental Scorecard.
