What we collect
- Form details: what you type into our contact, video notification, email course, meeting and download forms. We use it to reply, send what you asked for, or set up a meeting.
- Email checks: when a form checks your email, we send it and your IP address to ZeroBounce, which tells us if the email is real and roughly where you are. We save that with your entry.
- Your region: worked out from your IP address, to decide whether our forms are available where you are.
- Quick Wins tool: your answers about your business, and your email, name or phone if you ask us to send results or follow up.
- Checkout: the email you enter to buy a plan.
- Server logs: our servers log requests, including your IP address and, for Quick Wins, what you submit.
- Cookies: one remembers your cookie choice and one remembers which site sent you to us. Both are set even if you decline cookies, and last a year or less. Analytics and ad cookies are set only if you accept.
Where it goes
- Amazon Web Services: hosts the website and the Quick Wins tool, and sends the emails it generates. Their privacy policy
- Kit: signups from our forms and mailing lists. Their privacy policy
- ZeroBounce: email checks. Their privacy policy
- Google: reCAPTCHA on our forms, Gemini for the Quick Wins tool, YouTube videos, and Analytics and Ads once you accept cookies. YouTube may set cookies when a video loads, even if you declined. Their privacy policy, Gemini terms
- Slack: our team is notified of Quick Wins submissions. Their privacy policy
- Paddle: payments. Their privacy policy
- Adobe Fonts: loads our typeface. Their privacy policy
- Advertising services, only after you accept cookies: Meta, Reddit, Microsoft and LinkedIn.
How long we keep it
- Server logs: kept for our records, with no set deletion date.
- Cookies we set: up to a year. Analytics and ad cookies are set by those companies; when you decline, we try to delete them, but some can't be removed.
- Quick Wins: we don't keep a database of your interview. Copies remain in our team chat, in emails we send, and in logs.
What we don't do
- We don't load ad tags from Meta, Reddit, Microsoft or LinkedIn unless you accept cookies.
- We don't take card details ourselves. Paddle handles them.
Your choices
- Use the "Cookies" link in the site footer to accept or decline analytics and ad cookies at any time.
- Clear cookies in your browser settings.
- All forms and the Quick Wins tool are optional.
- To have your data deleted or corrected, email us at the address on the main privacy page.
