Boost for AppSheet
Last reviewed: October 11, 2026
This page covers the Boost extension and the services behind it. The workspaceway.com website (forms, cookies, analytics and checkout pages) has its own page.
What we collect
- Your name, AppSheet email and contact email: to create your account and send your activation and welcome emails.
- Your approximate location, worked out from your IP address when you sign up: to decide which offers and features apply to you.
- Optional sign-up details (company, size, job title, how you found us): to understand who uses Boost.
- Your plan, credits and usage: to run your account and bill you correctly.
- Your AppSheet app's structure (names, tables, columns, formulas and settings), and your questions, when you use the AI features. We do not send your row data.
- Webhook content, when you use the AI or email webhooks: the prompts, templates and values you send through them. For Send Email this includes recipients, the message, and the mail server details you enter (the password is stored encrypted).
- Payment details go straight to Paddle. We keep your Paddle customer ID and plan, not your card number.
- Server logs: our servers log requests, which can include your email address and IP address.
- Saved in your browser by the extension: your access key, account info, recent prompts and window layout.

How long we keep it
- AI answers and queued requests: held briefly (minutes to days), then deleted automatically.
- Your account record: until you delete your access key or ask us to delete it.
- Usage, billing and server logs: kept for our records, with no set deletion date.
- Data saved by the extension in your browser: until you clear it or remove the extension.
What we don't do
- The extension does not read your row data, only your app's structure.
- The extension has no analytics or ad tracking.
Your choices
- Delete your access key to remove your account record.
- Remove the extension or clear its storage in Chrome to delete what it saved.
- Skip the AI features if you don't want your app structure sent to Gemini.
