What we collect
- Your business email address and whether your firm is Lead-Safe certified, when you sign up for the kit. We use them to know who signed up and to reach out to you.
- A small note saved in your browser that you signed up. It stays on your device.
Where it goes
- Postmark: delivers each signup to us as an email. It gets your email and your certification answer. Their privacy policy (ActiveCampaign, Postmark's owner)
- ZeroBounce: checks that your email address is real. It gets your email and your IP address. Their privacy policy
- Google reCAPTCHA: blocks spam on the signup form. It gets your IP address and browser signals. Their privacy policy
- Amazon Web Services: hosts the site and the signup handler. Their privacy policy
How long we keep it
- Signups: we don't save them in a database. They arrive as email and stay in our inbox as long as we need them.
- Short-term operational logs: up to 90 days.
- The note in your browser: until you clear your browser data.
What we don't do
- No analytics, advertising or tracking, and no cookies of our own.
Your choices
- To have your signup deleted, email us at the address on the main privacy page.
- Clear your browser data to remove the note.
