eagersheet console
Last reviewed: October 11, 2026
This page covers the eagersheet console, where you sign in to build and manage apps. For people who use the apps you build, see the eagersheet apps page. The eagersheet.com website and our marketing sites have their own pages, listed on the main privacy policy.
What we collect
- Your account: your email, sign-in details (passwords are stored securely, never in readable form), your plan and your billing status.
- What you build with: the chat messages, pictures and example spreadsheet data (column names and a sample row) you give the AI builder, and the design of your app.
- What you manage in the console: we host your apps' records and files, and the people you add to them, on your behalf.
- Voice dictation, if you use it in the console: your audio goes to our speech-to-text provider.
- Usage records: how much AI building you use, to apply your plan's limits.
- Ratings and feature requests: your rating, comment and email.
- Credentials you save for connected services: stored encrypted.
- Cookies: only what is needed to keep you signed in.
- Server logs: our servers log requests, such as your IP address and the time, to run and secure the service.
Where it goes
- Amazon Web Services (United States): hosts the platform, storage, email sending and backups. Their privacy policy
- AI providers (Groq, Cerebras and Anthropic): they receive your build chat, your app's design, any example data and any pictures you attach, to build your app. Groq, Cerebras, Anthropic
- Stripe: takes payments for your plan. Your card details go straight to Stripe. Their privacy policy
- Deepgram: turns dictated speech into text. Their privacy policy
- Google and Microsoft: sign-in if you choose it. Google also provides web fonts. Google, Microsoft
- Services you connect yourself (such as your own AI, texting, email, payment or shopping accounts): the data your apps send to them goes there under your account.
- Chrome extension (optional): what you choose to capture is passed to the console and our service to draft your starter prompt.
How long we keep it
- Your apps' data: until you delete the app or your account. Backups can keep a copy for up to about a year after that.
- AI build chats: about a week.
- Ratings, comments and logs of failed AI changes (which can include your request text): kept until we remove them. Deleting an app or account does not remove them.
- Usage records: kept for billing and plan limits.
- Temporary files and operational logs: deleted automatically, from a day up to a few months.
What we don't do
- We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking in the console.
- We never see your card number.
Your choices
- Delete an app or your whole account from the console.
- Export your app's records and files.
- Remove people and saved credentials at any time.
- Voice dictation, pictures, the extension and connected services are all optional.
