eagersheet apps (for people who use them)
Last reviewed: October 11, 2026
This page is for people who use an app built on eagersheet. Each app belongs to the person or organization that built it (the app's owner). The owner decides what the app collects and why, and eagersheet hosts it for them. If you build apps, see the eagersheet console page.
What we collect
- Your sign-in details, if the app asks you to sign in: your email or phone number, and a password, one-time code or sign-in link. Some apps can be used without signing in.
- What you enter in the app: records, files and signatures. The owner chooses what an app collects.
- When you sign something: your name, how you signed in, the time, your IP address and your browser details, kept as proof of signing.
- Voice dictation, where an app offers it: your audio goes to a speech-to-text service.
- Addresses you enter into an app that looks up addresses: sent to a map service, and we keep the result of the lookup.
- Cookies: only what is needed to keep you signed in.
- Your IP address, to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
- Server logs: our servers log requests, such as your IP address and the time, to run and secure the service.
Where it goes
- The app's owner: it is their app, so they and their staff can see what you enter.
- Amazon Web Services (United States): hosts the app and its data. Their privacy policy
- Services the owner chose, such as AI, texting, email, payment, speech or map services: they can receive data the app handles, under the owner's account. Check the owner's own privacy notice. We don't choose these services.
- Map services: apps show maps from OpenFreeMap by default, and addresses are looked up through OpenStreetMap. Owners can choose other map services. OpenFreeMap, OpenStreetMap
- Google Fonts: apps load their fonts from Google, so Google sees your IP address. Their privacy policy
How long we keep it
- What you enter: for as long as the owner keeps it. When an owner deletes an app, its data is removed, and backups can keep a copy for up to about a year.
- Operational logs: deleted automatically within a few months.
What we don't do
- We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking in apps.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete what you entered, contact the app's owner. You can also email us at the address on the main privacy page.
- Voice dictation is optional where it is offered.
